The present world is filled with self-centered human that sees his neighbors woes as a reason to celebrate. We need to change this motive and inhumane human behavior.
Compassion begat love, Love makes life worth living.
Be compassionate enough to share your half loaf with he that have none.
The distance between the rich and the poor in our society has raises a lot of concerns without solution. The rich sees no reason to give or assist the poor. The poor man is of no utilitarian value to it environment. The poor man begged for food or clothes, no one to assist. We are too busy building our about to collapse future while ignoring our fellow men in tears and hunger.
Pastor Oyedepo, in one of his sermons, termed lack of compassion as the main cause of poverty and suffering around the world.
What have you done in your own capacity to see to the need of the less privilege around you?
How many of your neighbors with one cloth and shoe have you try to give one of your old shoes to?
When was the last time you show love to a stranger?
When was the last time you share a word of encouragement with your course mate that's struggling academically?
Be compassionate today.
